This class is to be attended by one users per product for each unit sold, it is a delivered via lecture and demos with no supporting documentation. The class covers real world use of products and is targeted at administrators that want to have a more practical understanding of the product web consoles.

This class is targeted at: Support staff who participates in desktop support or Helpdesk, this class will give junior admin the skills needed to help assist in daily tasks performed by the Officescan administrator
What will be covered: This class will focus on skills need by junior administrators of Officescan. Will cover skills: Scan options, Client management, log management, virus outbreak management, desk-side troubleshooting.
Officescan Administrator:
This class is targeted at: Administrators of Officescan that want to have a more in-depth understand of managing, administering, upgrading and Installation. This class will also focus on best practices.
What will be covered: Installations, upgrades, best practices of web console and client management. We will also cover how to manage malware outbreaks.
Officescan IDF: (no dates for class yet)
This class is targeted at: Administrators who manage the IDF firewall.
What will be covered: Management and console of the IDF firewall plug in. (Students must understand firewalls to take this class)
Control Manager:
This class is targeted to: Administrators of more than one Trend Micro product looking to increase productivity and looking to manage products for efficiently.
What will be covered: Installation and configuration of Control Manager, focus on Multiple administrators creating accounts, using OPP and how to deal with logs and reports.
Scanmail Exchange:
This class is targeted at: This class is for administrators of the Scanmail product, this can be exchange administrators or the administrators of the Trend Micro products.
What will be covered: We will be going over the administrator consoles and best practices.
Interscan Mail Security Suite (Software and VA)
This class is targeted at: Mail administrators of the SMTP mail gateway.
What will be covered: Architecture and sizing and redundancy, we will also cover simple rule creation and administration console best practices
Interscan Web Security Suite (Software and VA)
This class is targeted at: Mail administrators of the HTTP gateway.
