CTI Approach to Implementation Projects

All consulting engagements start with detailed client conversations about present infrastructure, requirements, and desired outcomes. This information is gathered into a Statement of Work (SOW) contract that outlines Objectives, Assumptions, Project Plan Steps, Deliverables, Documentation, Staffing, Training and Fees & Expenses. The client is encouraged to work with CTI to make the SOW as specific as possible and to ensure that the SOW defines all desired objectives. The SOW is the blueprint against which CTI consultants provide services during the course of an engagement.

CTI uses a well-proven, 8-step methodology for deploying technology, which defines project stages, staff roles, communications and change management procedures, deliverables, responsibilities, etc. and focuses on working collaboratively with customer staff and facilitates knowledge transfer.

Postini Experience

CTI has been successfully implementing Postini email security, archiving and instant messaging security applications for more than fours years. We work with our clients to affect message routing changes with zero downtime. We gather and document security policies that require implementation. We thoroughly test all security policies before hand-off to our clients.

CTI’s LDAP directory knowledge and directory security expertise enables CTI to offer Postini users our PostiniSync tool. PostiniSync securely synchronizes the Postini directory with the client’s LDAP compliant directory (such as Microsoft Active Directory or Sun Java System Directory Server).

Identity Mangement Experience

CTI’s consultants have an average of more than 10+ years of directory, provisioning and access management experience. We provide design, implementation & best practices expertise to implement robust solutions.

In this area, we also design, code and support “one-off” product extensions and custom applications to support client-specific requirements.

Trend Experience
