CTI uses a proven, 8-stage methodology for successfully completing Identity Management solution deployment projects. This methodology focuses on working collaboratively with our customer’s IT staff while completing clearly defined stages with specific deliverables throughout the entire project life-cycle. Emphasis is put on providing knowledge transfer to the customer’s IT staff throughout the project.
